We spent the October 2007 half-term holiday week at DONNA'S DREAM HOUSE, a charity providing holidays for children with serious health problems. A picture paints a thousand words, so they say, and Samantha took over a thousand (I kid you not!) photographs during our stay. We crammed a lot into four days - rides along the seafront on a horse-drawn carriage, tram rides, fairgrounds, the beach, the pier, the zoo, model village, Sea Life Centre, waxworks, the illuminations, a superb cafe, (The Mermaid on Chapel Street opposite Central Pier - highly recommended!) and, of course, Donna's Dream House itself.
Click the green "One True Media" logo at the top right corner of the page to see a video montage of our stay, with music. If you want to know more about Donna's Dream House (especially if you have a sick child), click the picture of the house at the top left corner.
I now have the honour of designing and maintaining their official website.
