MARILYN SHARROCK from the Chorley area was a student teacher at St Katherine's College, Liverpool in 1969. She did some teaching practice, supervised by Mr Armstrong, at Woolton County Primary School. She will be in her mid-50's by now, and may have changed her surname. I would love to get in touch with her. (See the "WOOLTON CP SCHOOL" page of the website).
MISS S M STEAD was also a student teacher, who did a stint at Woolton County Primary School in 1970. When she left, I asked for her autograph and she gave me a piece of paper with the message, "Patience plus perseverance equals success." Where are you now, Miss Stead?
DOVEDALE JUNIOR SCHOOL, LIVERPOOL. These two girls were
photographed with my father around 1969 when he was a traffic warden
on "lollipop" duty on Queens Drive, near the school. I have no idea who
they are. Do you?
LIVERPOOL BLUE COAT SCHOOL. Did you ever attend this school?
Have you any stories to tell? If you do, and would like to share them on
this website, please get in touch.
IF YOU CAN HELP with any of the above, please get in touch with me
